What is the standard production time for custom booths?

Standard production typically takes 5 to 7 business days after artwork approval. Rush options are available if you have a tight deadline.

Do you offer shipping directly to convention centers?

Yes, we ship to all major convention centers and hotels. Please provide the show name, booth number, and onsite contact details during checkout.

What file formats do you accept for custom graphics?

We prefer high-resolution PDF, AI, or EPS files. All fonts should be outlined and images should be at least 150 DPI at full size.

What is your return policy on custom-printed items?

Due to their personalized nature, custom-printed graphics cannot be returned. Hardware is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Are the booth displays easy to assemble without tools?

Most of our displays, including tension fabric walls and pop-up banners, feature tool-free assembly with push-button connectors for quick setup.

Can I order replacement graphics for my existing hardware?

Absolutely. We offer 'Graphic Only' options for most of our frames, allowing you to update your branding without purchasing a new stand.
