At TradeShowBooth, we stand behind the quality of our displays and offer a comprehensive return process to ensure your professional presentation is perfect. If your hardware or graphics do not meet your expectations, our team is here to facilitate a swift resolution or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 15 days of delivery with your order number and specific details regarding the components you wish to return.

• 2.
  Documentation and Approval

  Provide high-resolution photos of any manufacturing defects or shipping damage to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label if applicable.

• 3.
  Secure Repackaging

  Place the items back in their original protective cases and shipping boxes to prevent further damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the hardware, we will process your refund or ship out corrected graphics within 5-7 business days.
